Call to Order:
The President, Garett N9HXR called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm CST and said he was
going to shoot for an 8:00 pm adjournment time.
Attendance:
In attendance were Don KC9ZMY, Bob KD9ITL, Sam KD9BRW, David KE9BPC, Ryan K1TLN,
Adam KG7BIS, Eric KC9MHE, Joe KE9CMR, Kevin Associate, Joshua KD9MXV, Books PS1
Liaison, Alex Burkert, and Anthony Schtay .
Minutes:
Garett N9HXR asked if everyone had received the minutes. He then asked for a motion to
accept said minutes. David KE9BPC made a motion, which was seconded by Kevin Assoc.
The Ayes have it, the minutes will as read.
Voting:
David KE9BPC had previously expressed that he would take the Treasurer’s job and leave
his post on the Board. Garett N9HXR nominated him for the role. A poll was placed on
Discord and the vote taken 9 for, None against. Congratulations to David. He and Garett will
meet up to get him situated with a debit card and signature card.

Secretary:
Joe KE9CMR stated he would work on emails to anyone not listed as having paid dues to
find out whether or not they intend to stay in the club.
Old
Business:
We have an opening on the board, so if anyone is interested in that office contact any
officer. Dues were due by the end of January so we may need to lose some members off the
roster if not paid in due time.
New
Business:
The meeting times have been changed to 7:30 pm CST to accommodate those traveling far
and our VE testing. We need to get plans for Field Day going. It’s in June so we have some
time. We need to decide whether to have it at PS1 or outdoors somewhere. Garett N9HXR
next had everyone introduce themselves whether on Discord or in person. Garett N9HXR
next asked for a motion to close Old and New Business. Sam KD9BRW made a motion,
which was seconded by Ryan K1TLN. The Ayes have it.
Announcements:
The next meeting will be held on April 6 2026 at 7:30 pm CST at PS1 and on Discord. The
next Board meeting will be held on April 27, 2026 at 7:30pm CST on Discord.

Garett N9HXR next asked for a motion to adjourn, which was supplied by Joshua KD9MXV
and seconded by David KE9BPC. The Ayes have it. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 CST.
