Call To Order: The President, Garett N9HXR called the meeting to order at 7:47 pm CDT.
Attendance: In attendance were, Garett N9HXR, Books KE9FGV, Don KC9ZMY, Sam
KD9BRW, Kevin Assoc, Ryan K1TLN. We don’t have a Quorum, so no official business can
be done. We will only talk about possibilities.

Trustee: Present.
Treasurer: 644.16 in the account.
Secretary: Present.
Old Business: We still have a Board seat open, must be a licensed amateur. Books KE9FGV
is looking into Harper High School as a potential meeting place as there is a movement to
make it a maker space like PS1.Joe KE9CMR is looking into Fire department locations to
have meetings. Ryan K1TLN is looking into spaces for Field Day. Among those being
considered are Cook or Dupage County Forest Preserve locations. We may need Portable
Gazebos or awnings for shade and folding chairs for seating. Joe and Ryan have Gazebos
and folding tables and chairs they will bring. The location shouldn’t be longer than a n hour
drive. Also mentioned was that we are no longer affiliated with PS1.
Announcements: The next board meeting will be held June 22, 2026 and the next
Membership Meeting will be held July 6, 2026 on our Discord server.
Adjournment: Garett N9HXR asked for a motion to adjourn, which was supplied by Joe
